Lifting Systems for Precast and Tilt‑Up Construction
PSA offers a comprehensive range of edge and face lifting solutions for precast and tilt‑up panels, as well as a variety of other precast elements. All PSA lifting systems are fully compliant with AS 3850.
LiftMX Edge Lifting Systems
Our PSA LiftMX Edge Lifting System enables efficient demoulding of precast wall panels using anchors installed directly in the panel edge.
All anchors with a Working Load Limit (WLL) of up to 10 tonnes require only one clutch, reducing the risk of error and saving valuable time both in the precast yard and on site.
For heavier panel applications, we supply the LiftMX 15‑tonne system, which includes a robust lifting anchor paired with a matching ring clutch—extending the LiftMX family for high‑capacity lifting needs.
DSI Arteon Pinhead & Eye Anchors
Our range of Pinhead Lifters and Eye Anchors from the DSI Arteon
series has been successfully used in the industry for more than 30 years, providing proven reliability for the safe lifting and placement of precast elements.
PSA maintains local stock and affiliated access to the full selection of DSI Arteon anchors and accessories, offering lifting capacities up to 32‑tonne WLL per anchor.
Lifting Loops
For applications that require higher capacities we offer a variety of heavy duty wire strand Lifting Loops.
All lifting components are available with CE certification, and all materials and load ratings comply with the stringent standards of DSI Arteon and AS 3850.
