The PSA Bar Box is an economical plastic rebate, designed to fit threaded inserts and couplers in floor to wall connections. These may be fastened to formwork with mechanical fasteners or directly to the reinforcement with tie-wire.
The PSA Bar box works with the PSA Threadbar and the PSA Forge Bar Systems.
The PSA Bar Box is designed as a tapered box that forms a key into the wall for the slab connection and has perforated reference knockouts, to create 27mm diameter holes at 50mm centres, whilst providing clearance to avoid clashing with wall reinforcement. The box is fully sealed with a push-tight cover.
Box Dimensions: L 750mm x W 100mm x H 30mm with knock-out spacing at 50mm. Plastic bolt sizes: 12mm, 16mm, 20mm and 25mm are available to suit PSA Threadbar Inserts and metric screws can be used to connect PSA Forge Bar Inserts.
