PSA Forge Bar Couplers provide an efficient solution for connecting PSA Forge Bars, eliminating the need for splicing in reinforced concrete. Made from high-strength alloy, they deliver reliable load transfer and structural integrity under demanding conditions. Their slim product design reduces reinforcement congestion and maximizes cover for durability and compliance.
Galvanized finish for superior corrosion resistance, PSA couplers are designed for seamless integration with PSA Forge Bars. They simplify installation, ensure a secure fit with metric-threaded bars, and significantly reduce construction time. Designed and rigorously tested to comply with the stringent requirements of AS 3600 Cl 13.2.6, these couplers achieve a “bar break” failure mode and exhibit minimal slip under load.
The end surfaces of all couplers are colour coded to allow easy identification of the coupler size on the job.
