PSA is a local family business that was established in 1996, with the vision of providing the greatest quality plastic consumables, profiles, tapes and services for the precast concrete industry. The integration of next generation family members and fresh faces, along with continued support and loyalty from our valued customers has allowed PSA to diversify and expand, whilst still maintaining our core values, focus, quality and service.
Today PSA is not limited to plastic alone and has included lifting products, inserts, bar connections and propping systems to our range, with services to suit various markets including tilt-up and in-situ concrete, specialist slab on ground work, formwork, along with architectural and civil applications. Our sister company Architectural Polymers Australia is a specialist local manufacturer of rubber form liners for multiple uses and has access to thermoform liners for minimal usages, including accessories to produce architectural finishes on concrete surfaces.
PSA manufactures a large range of our products in house, using the highest quality equipment and materials to meet industry standards. When outsourcing we will endeavour to support reputable Australian Companies; and will not compromise quality and service.
Our two branches in Melbourne and Brisbane, along with representation in NSW, allows us to provide prompt and cost effective service Australia wide. Our dedicated team has countless years of industry experience, which provides us with the capability and flexibility to service all of your projects, with the same attention to small projects, as we do on major projects.
Along with our range of products, PSA can also offer engineering and technical support, including precast and tilt-up lifting and erection design and certification. We also have a highly experienced in-house, product development team, that can provide complex product design, proto-types for a number of product materials such as plastic and metal, mould tooling design and specialist purpose built equipment to aid production.
Our newly established manufacturing division offers custom moulding for a wide range of industries, using your existing dies, or in conjunction with our product development team, we can help bring your great ideas to life with modified or completely new tooling.
With a large range, and an ever growing team willing to do everything possible to help, we’re confident that once you have worked with us, you will never want to go back!
